This year’s FENDERIST was held over two days.
In the past, the FENDERIST was held for only one day, but this year’s FENDERIST was expanded in scale and held for two days for the first time.
FENDERIST attracts a wide variety of vehicles from all over the country.
FENDERIST is a culture that originated in Japan and means a person who pays attention to the fenders of a car. Simply put, it means a fender fanatic.
In Japan, the culture of customizing car fenders has taken root since the 1980s. It is this Japanese background that makes FENDERIST so popular.
Exhibited vehicles are entered for each type of car fender. Only those vehicles that pass a rigorous screening process are allowed to exhibit.
